One of the many blessings of being a business owner is the ability to give back to the community in areas that are near and dear to your heart. One such event that is valued by CertaPro Painters is the Plymouth Christian Academy’s Project S.H.I.N.E. Servathon (Serving Him in Neighborhoods Everywhere).

Project SHINE functions similar to a typical “-thon” fundraiser. Students and staff members raise support for their service. However, unlike a typical walkathon where students get pledges in support of the number of laps they walk, with the PCA Servathon, students carry out meaningful service that impacts both themselves and others. Project SHINE gifts help fund critical needs at PCA to support their mission of equipping young people to impact their world for Christ.

SHINE sponsorships not only benefit PCA students, but also help with the materials needed for the service projects. CertaPro Painters of Plymouth is partnering with PCA as a “Gold” sponsor. Gold Sponsors underwrite the items purchased for The John Dingle (VA) Veterans Association Medical Center, Mott Children’s Hospital Care Kits, and Rescue Teddy Bears for First Responders.

The SHINE Servathon will take place the week of April 24th. If you would like to join with CertaPro of Plymouth in being part of this tremendous opportunity call Peggy at 734.459.3505 or visit their website.
